Stuff will be happening at some point. Lots of work ‘till it’s done, but here’s a couple rolling shots for now. First time doing rolling shots of another car, and it was not easy.

What was the challenges with doing rolling shots? I’d like some insight in that, since i’ve been toying the idea for a while...

I was shooting the Ecoboost hanging out the window of the SVO, and the SVO from the window of the Ecoboost, and there were no actual two-lane roads so we had to do this while passing so I was basically spamming burst mode and hoping the damn camera would focus on the moving target, while hanging most of the way out of a car.

The Ecoboost was a pain to shoot out of because of modern cars and their high beltlines. The SVO was basically made out of tinfoil and was pretty easy to wiggle out of to get the shot.

A four-lane road we could just drive next to each other and a Wrangler with no doors would have been ideal for this sort of thing.

Right, my plan was actually to use the hatch to sit in, but that’d probably quickly attract police attention on public roads... Spamming burst mode and hoping also sounds much like what i had imagined!
